Role Overview

You will support the Digital Marketing team across search visibility, AI-search visibility, lead nurturing and email, while helping run a centralised marketing process for all digital activity.

Key Responsibilities

- SEO: keyword research, on-page optimisation, meta content, content gap tracking and basic technical checks
- AEO / GEO: structure content (FAQs, schema, transparent answers) so it can be cited by Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini; track brand visibility in AI search
- Lead nurturing: support lead follow-up flows, segmentation and nurture sequences from enquiry to sales hand-off
- Email marketing: draft, schedule and report on newsletters and campaign emails; maintain contact lists
- Centralised marketing: maintain a single content calendar,



asset library and campaign tracker so all digital activity is coordinated and reported in one place
- Prepare weekly reports on traffic, rankings, leads and email performance, with improvement suggestions
- Identify tasks that can be automated and help document repeatable workflows

Required Skills

- Understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, keywords)
- Awareness of AEO / GEO and how AI search tools source answers
- Basic knowledge of email marketing tools and lead nurturing concepts
- Good written English; comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel
- Analytical mindset and willingness to use AI tools

Good to Have

- Exposure to Google Analytics, Search Console, or any SEO tool (Semrush, Ahrefs)
- Experience with a CRM or email platform
- Basic certifications (Google, HubSpot)
- Interest in B2B marketing

Eligibility Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field (BBA / MBA / PGDM or equivalent).
