1. Roles and Responsibilities

- Assess patients' nutritional status, medical history and dietary habits.

- Collect and review patients' height, weight, BMI and nutritional history.

- Prepare individual diet charts according to patients' medical conditions.

- Plan therapeutic diets for diabetic, cardiac, renal, liver and other patients.

- Provide diet counselling to OP and IP patients.

- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding patients' nutritional requirements.

- Monitor patients' food intake and nutritional progress.

- Modify diet plans based on patients' health conditions and doctor's instructions.

- Maintain proper diet assessment records and patient diet charts.

- Educate patients and family members about healthy eating habits.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and food service team to ensure the correct diet is provided.

- Monitor special diets for ICU and post-operative patients in coordination with the treating team.

- Conduct regular nutritional follow-ups.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

- Follow hospital infection control policies and NABH standards.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
