DRAIPL is expanding into the real estate sector, with an upcoming luxury development at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.

We are looking for an accomplished AVP Structures with 18–20 years of experience to lead the Structural Design function, drive technical excellence and oversee structural design delivery across high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead structural design, planning and execution across projects.

Lead and mentor the structural design team, driving performance and technical excellence.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Drive value engineering, budgeting and cost optimization initiatives.

Ensure quality,



compliance and adherence to design standards.

Manage project risks and ensure timely delivery.

What We're Looking For

B.Tech / M.Tech in Structural Engineering with 18–20 years of relevant experience in structural design.

Strong expertise in high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.

Proven experience in leading structural design teams and project delivery.

Exposure to budgeting, value engineering and cost optimisation.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
