Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable &
- Receivable:

Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring timely payments, collections, and effective working capital management.

- MIS &

- Financial Reporting:

Prepare, review, and analyse periodic MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards to support strategic decision-making.

- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital requirements, liquidity, and fund utilisation.

- Budgeting &

- Forecasting:

Lead the preparation, monitoring, and control of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.

- Financial Planning &

- Control:

Ensure effective financial planning, cost optimisation, and adherence to internal financial controls.

- Team Management: Lead, guide, and supervise the accounts and finance team to ensure operational efficiency and timely deliverables.

- Compliance &

- Reporting:





Ensure accuracy in financial records and timely completion of statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.

Required Skills &

- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a finance team.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and financial processes.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

- Excellent MIS preparation, financial analysis, and reporting skills.

- Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple statutory deadlines and financial deliverables.

- Solid attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical ability.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
