Departmental Leadership &

- Strategy:

- Review current working practices and recommend improvements.

- Design and implement new strategies based on ongoing departmental activities.

- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Lead the Development Department independently, ensuring smooth operations.

- Make timely decisions and manage situations in the absence of senior leadership.

- Align departmental goals with the vision and mission of Happy Group.

Team Management &

- Training:

- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.

- Foster a positive, high-performance, and collaborative work environment.

- Resolve internal team issues and assist junior staff with problem-solving.

- Maintain coordination among intra-department staff for effective functioning.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

- Maintain professional relationships with other departments for seamless operations.

- Participate in company meetings to present innovative ideas and development strategies.

- Resolve customer-related concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Project &

- Quality Oversight:

- Conduct research to stay updated on new and cutting-edge development practices.

- Oversee marketing, CRM,



and quality control aspects of development projects.

- Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Financial &

- Administrative Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit project budgets for management approval.

- Monitor and verify departmental bills and payments.

- Handle material procurement as per project requirements and budget.

- Execute additional responsibilities assigned by senior management.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role within development or a similar domain

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and CRM software

- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
