Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically motivated Diploma and Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our SPDT Department. The selected candidates will be trained in precision machining operations, machine handling, production activities, and quality requirements related to optical component manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in operating and monitoring SPDT machines under the guidance of senior technicians and engineers.
- Understand precision machining processes and manufacturing techniques.
- Assist in setting up jobs, tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions.
- Monitor machining parameters and ensure operations are carried out as per defined procedures.
- Perform basic inspection and dimensional measurements using precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and inspection reports.
- Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the workplace.




- Follow safety procedures and maintain discipline on the shopfloor.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and product quality.

Required Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and basic GD&T.;
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, etc.
- Basic understanding of CNC machining and precision machining concepts.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering for DET positions.
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering for GET positions.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0-1 years of experience in manufacturing or machining environments will be preferred.
- Willingness to learn precision machining and work in a production environment.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
