Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer/ System Administrator/IT Executive

We are looking for a System Administrator who can manage and support operating systems and networking tasks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Windows desktop/laptop installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
- Basic LAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP troubleshooting.
- New user system setup, software installation, and IT onboarding support.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to all Chennai office users as well as our Site office users.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, system allocation, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware repairs, networking, internet, and other technical issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability.
- Assist with Outlook, Teams, and other standard IT application-related issues.
- Support IT offboarding activities, including asset collection and system/data-related requirements.
- Maintain IT support/incident records and prepare necessary reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure at the Chennai office.




- Handle other routine IT support and technical activities assigned by the IT Manager.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream / Diploma in IT or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in IT support, IT Executive, Desktop Support, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Windows Server.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to provide on-site support and learn new technologies.

Local Candidate Preferred Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
