Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

Department: Mechanical Design

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Fresher / 1–3 Years

Software: CATIA V5

Job Responsibilities

- Design and develop mechanical components, machine parts and assemblies using CATIA V5.
- Create 3D models, 2D drawings and assembly drawings.
- Prepare detailed manufacturing and fabrication drawings.
- Design automation machines, fixtures, jigs and special-purpose machines.
- Understand customer requirements and convert them into mechanical designs.
- Select suitable materials and standard mechanical components.
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Coordinate with production, fabrication and assembly teams.
- Modify designs as per customer requirements.
- Ensure designs meet quality, safety and manufacturing standards.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of CATIA V5.
- Knowledge of Part Design,



Assembly Design and Drafting.
- 3D modelling and 2D drawing skills.
- Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and fabrication.
- Knowledge of mechanical components such as bearings, shafts, gears, motors and pneumatic cylinders.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualification & Requirements
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- CATIA V5 certification or practical knowledge preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Ability to work in a team and meet project deadlines.
