Role: E-Motor Assembly and Component Design Engineer for eMachine projects
:
- Generate CAD Assembly and Drawings for assemblies and components in Creo, Teamcenter
- Generate design concepts and release drawings.
- Generate Bill of Material in SAP using Production P79 server application
- Perform Tolerance Stack up and other Design calculations on simple to complex chains.
- Support Design of Jigs and Fixtures for various test purposes
- Create and Modify Offer drawing, Technical Customer Document, Order specification, Manufacturing and Test specifications.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of E-motor assembly and its components like Rotor, Stator, HV-LV (High Voltage / Low Voltage)
- Hands-on with different manufacturing process like Plastic Injection Molding and Sheet Metal / Stamping Process, Casting (HPDC/LPDC) and machining.
- Proficient in 3D modeling and 2D drawings in UG-NX software.
- Experience in handling Team Center and SAP for release activities
- Hands on experience in design of components and assemblies
- Good knowledge of GD&T; and Tolerance analysis.
- Valuable communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
