- Design plumbing, drainage, water supply and firefighting systems.

- Prepare layouts, calculations and technical drawings.

- Ensure code compliance and MEP coordination.

- - Electrical Design Engineer
- Design power distribution, lighting, earthing and electrical systems.

- Prepare SLDs, load calculations and technical drawings.

- Ensure design compliance and coordination.

- - HVAC Design Engineer
- Design HVAC, chilled water and ventilation systems.

- Perform heat load calculations and equipment sizing.

- Ensure cooling efficiency and system redundancy.

- - ELV Design Engineer
- Design CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm and structured cabling systems.

- Prepare layouts, schematics and technical specifications.

- Ensure system integration and compliance.
