KRA:

- Lead Generation & Sales: Onboarding existing accounts & prospecting current clients through cold calling, emails, and networking to generate leads
- Solution Selling: Understanding customer (Importer/ Exporter) logistics needs and offering optimal shipping solutions (air freight, sea freight).
- Market Research: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities hand in hand with the company/ branch management.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile: Education: Minimum: UG: Graduate (In any stream) OR PG: Postgraduate (In any stream)

Addl. Advantage: with educational background in logistics, freight & Supply Chain Mgt.

Skills:

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for negotiating and client communication.
- Location: The candidate must have good knowledge of exporters/ importers network in DEL/NCR area.
- Mobility: Must have his/ her own vehicle for commuting & B2B field sales (Client Visits). (Fuel/ Telephone reimbursements/ subject to discussion during personal interview)




- Industry Knowledge & prior work experience in same vertical: Understanding of logistics, International freight forwarding Incoterms, and supply chain management, Air & Ocean freight import & export procedures.
- Sales Skills: Strong proficiency in prospecting, closing, and relationship building.
- Team player & Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues in logistics, such as delays or cargo issues by acting as a liaison between clients and operations teams, to ensure seamless service.
