Designation: Deputy Manager_WTCN

Office Location: Pune/ Site based

Position description: Support the Construction Site Manager by managing daily site activities, preparing reports, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely project progress and delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the installation of ETP, WTP, RO plants, and ZLD systems.
- Utilize process and commissioning knowledge to enhance project outcomes.

3.Address technical issues promptly or escalate them to team members when necessary.

4.Prepare billing breakups, plan schedules, track progress, and submit reports.

- Create and maintain site installation documents as required by customers and head office.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Participate in company events like PSR, HSE promotional activities voluntarily
- Contributing for Internal Audit of company .
- Supporting in ZeroD tracking
- Work out site BOQ as per drawings

Educational qualifications preferred





- Field specialization: Civil, Mechanical, E&I;
- Degree: B.E. / Diploma

Required work experience

- Years of experience: 3 to 10 years

Required Competencies:

Technical-

- Capability to execute EPC, EPCM, supply & supervision of projects
- Project Planning
- Documentation for stores, BOQ etc
- GRN and store related documentation
- Quality aspect Knowledge of WTP, WWTP ,ETP and ZLD

Required Knowledge Skills:

- SAP and Primavera , MSP software operations.
