Role & responsibilities

- Manage overall plant and production line maintenance activities.

- Ensure preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing machinery.

- Handle line management and ensure smooth functioning of production lines.

- Plan and manage maintenance manpower, shift deployment and team productivity.

- Monitor machine performance, equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

- Co-ordinate with Production and Quality teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

- Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, checklists and technical documentation.

- Plan and coordinate internal, external and customer audits related to maintenance.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.

- Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis and cost optimization initiatives.





- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.E/ B. Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

- 6 - 10 years of experience in plant maintenance within a manufacturing setup.

- Strong hands-on experience in machine maintenance, production line management and manpower handling.

- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis and equipment reliability.

- Experience in maintenance documentation, audits and safety compliance.

- Robust leadership, troubleshooting and team management skills.
