About the role
We're hiring a Sales Representative to win new clients, grow existing accounts and manage the sales process from first meeting to policy issuance and renewal.
Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads for individual and corporate clients
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products from our insurer panel
Conduct client meetings, presentations and quote comparisons
Manage the full sales cycle, including documentation, issuance and renewals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Keep accurate lead and client records in our CRM
Requirements

- 2 to 5 years of sales experience (insurance,



BFSI or another consultative sales environment)
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups and handling objections
- Graduate in any discipline
- IRDAI POSP or insurance certification is a plus
