6+ years of overall ServiceNow Development experience. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in any one or more of the following:

ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / Custom Application Development

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, customization, and implementation.

The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of overall ServiceNow experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in any one or more of the following modules: ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or Custom Application Development.

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and scheduled jobs.

Perform ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, customization, and troubleshooting activities.
Develop and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.





Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, deployment, and production support.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
Support upgrades, patches, and performance optimization activities.

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization.

Robust knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

Experience with ServiceNow configuration and implementation.

Good understanding of ServiceNow integrations and APIs.

Experience working with workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Relevant ServiceNow CIS certification.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Pune / Mumbai | Hybrid Work Model

Candidates should be comfortable working from the Pune or Mumbai location as per the organization's hybrid working requirements.
