Role Overview
The Delivery Operations Team Lead – FP&A; is responsible for financial planning and analysis delivery, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business partnering. The role supports business requirements against standard product offerings and development platforms, creates prototypes, completes integration testing with delivery platforms, and develops job aids and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for translating business requirements against standard product offerings and development platforms
Create prototypes, complete integration testing with delivery platforms, create job aids and other relevant documentation
Onboard the content development team on the tools and processes
Expected to have deep knowledge about Learning Management Systems (LMS) like CSOD, SABA, SuccessFactors – to deploy and test courses to provide the best user experience
Responsible for reporting status of team members to internal/external stakeholders
Upskill the content development team on standard tools and technologies
Expected to learn new tools as and when introduced and knowledge-share with other team members
Expected to carry out R&D; into new technical solutions in line with client business requirements and company strategy
Work in collaboration with ID and media team to provide the solution as per the requirement

Experience with reporting and documentation
