Responsibilities

- Handle inbound voice interactions with customers in the Australian energy market.
- Understand customer requirements, explain relevant products or services, and convert qualified opportunities through consultative selling.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer experience and communication.
- Maintain accurate interaction records and follow established process, compliance, and quality guidelines.




- Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to improve conversion performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Applicants should have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in international sales, telesales, voice processes, energy, or telecom.
- Experience with Australian energy or telecom customers will be preferred.
- Strong spoken English communication, active listening, persuasion, and sales skills are essential.
- Willingness to work from the office in Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata, in a 9-hour shift is required.
- The position follows a Sunday fixed-off schedule.

The role offers an annual salary range of ₹2.4 LPA to ₹4 LPA, uncapped incentives, an instant appraisal program, PF and ESI benefits, and a one-way cab facility.
