Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, consultations, and consistent follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant learning programs.
- Drive enrollments through transparent communication, counselling, objection handling, and relationship building.
- Manage the complete lead journey from initial interaction through conversion and enrollment.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.

Requirements

- Candidates should have strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, along with convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
