Role Description The International Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for driving international insurance sales, managing cross-border customer inquiries, and supporting revenue growth across global markets. Daily tasks include engaging with international prospects via phone, email, and digital channels, understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products, and closing sales in line with compliance and quality standards.



The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and share market insights to refine product and marketing strategies. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, resolving service issues promptly, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience for international clients.
Robust international sales capabilities, including experience in International Sales and familiarity with International Trade and International Business.
Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to track performance and identify opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant sales or insurance certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in insurance, fintech, or financial services, particularly in international markets, is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets ethically, and collaborate within a diverse, cross-functional team.
Comfort with flexible working hours to cater to international time zones, as needed.
