GTech Web Solutions Pvt. We are looking for a highly experienced, dedicated, and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in Non-IT Recruitment Only .

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple Non-IT profiles, with a proven track record of successful hiring and strong career stability.

Job Type: Full time | Work From Office

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years

Immediate / Early Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment exclusively for Non-IT positions

Hiring for Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Accounts, Administration, Customer Support, Operations and other Non-IT roles

Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals and skilled networks

Resume screening, telephonic interviews and candidate shortlisting

Building and maintaining a strong candidate database





Achieving recruitment targets within defined timelines

Maintaining daily recruitment reports and hiring trackers

Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 5+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment

Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques

Ability to independently manage multiple recruitment requirements

Immediate or early joiners will receive priority

Salary & Career Opportunity No salary bar for the right candidate. Compensation will depend on relevant experience, recruitment expertise, current salary and interview performance.
