Position Summary The Senior Accountant will support the North America accounting team from our India finance team, with responsibility for the month-end closing process, bank and payment-platform reconciliations, sales tax monitoring and cash flow. Support the month-end closing process, including journal entries, account reconciliations and closing checklist

Perform bank, Stripe and BlueSnap reconciliations





Monitor sales tax, including review of tax rates and balances and support for filings

Assist with audit PBC documentation gathering

Work effectively with AI tools and identify opportunities to use them to improve accounting processes and efficiency

Develop/improve business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls and efficiency

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

- 7+ years of general accounting or GL experience, including month-end close
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite is required
- Experience with Corporate ERP systems is preferable. Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work with HQ and US-based colleagues, including working hours that overlap with US time zones
- Ability to be versatile and to work well under pressure to support the fast paced environment.
