About the job This role includes working for HumbleBean Coffee & Pâtisserie - Indiranagar, Bengaluru (Full Time).

Basic Qualification: Minimum educational qualification: 12th/ Diploma +
Work Experience: 1-5 years (Relevant experience in a professional pastry kitchen or bakery)
Ability to communicate in English
Basic Computer Knowledge
Valid Aadhaar Card

Roles & Responsibilities: Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Execute daily pastry production, including cakes, tarts, creams, mousses, fillings, and other pastry components.
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, quality, portioning, and presentation.
Follow standard recipes, production schedules, and kitchen SOPs.
Manage mise en place and ensure timely completion of production.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and proper storage practices.
Monitor ingredient usage, control wastage,



and follow FIFO/FEFO procedures.
Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure proper handling of kitchen tools.
Support new product development and seasonal menu trials.
Coordinate effectively with the pastry team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of HumbleBean Hospitality.

Key Skills & Attributes:
Valuable knowledge of pastry production techniques and ingredients
Strong attention to detail, consistency, and presentation
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and stock rotation
