Responsibilities

- Source, identify, and engage suitable candidates for open positions across different functions and industries.
- Understand role requirements, evaluate candidate suitability, and maintain accurate candidate information.
- Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a reliable talent pipeline using qualified networks, referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Track recruitment activity, follow up consistently,



and work toward agreed hiring outcomes.

Requirements

- Prior recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or candidate-sourcing experience is helpful, though motivated recruiters from diverse backgrounds may apply.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage multiple requirements effectively.
- Comfort working with recruiters, employers, recruitment agencies, and hiring partners across India.
- This is an incentive-based opportunity with monthly earning potential of ₹20,000–₹30,000, depending on performance and outcomes.
