- Promote Airkrit India’s training and internship programs among college students.
- Connect with students, college clubs, and campus representatives.
- Create awareness about Airkrit programs through social media and student networks.
- Identify interested students and generate leads.
- Use CRM tools to manage and track student information.

Responsibilities

- Share program details and registration links through WhatsApp and social media.
- Follow up with interested students and support registrations.
- Update lead details and follow-up status in the CRM.
- Maintain records of student interactions and registrations.
- Coordinate with the Airkrit team on campus activities.
- Work towards assigned outreach targets.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in marketing, student engagement, and business development.
- Basic knowledge of social media and CRM tools.
- Willingness to learn and work towards targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Previous experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
