The Offer
20,000 in-hand salary , fixed and guaranteed
Incentives are a bonus on top , never a replacement
Evenings are yours, with a 6:00 PM finish
Earn More As You Sell More
Reach 70% of your target → 2% commission
Reach 100% → 4% commission + 3,000 bonus
Star Performer of the Month → extra 10,000

All incentives are paid on cleared payments. Your results set your pay. Your title doesn't.

What the Day Looks Like




Handle 80–120 inbound enquiry calls daily
Talk to people who are already interested, with no cold calling
Explain the offer, answer questions and close the sale

This Role Suits You If You:
Already have tele-sales experience (required)
Are fluent in Hindi and English
Enjoy working toward targets and being rewarded for them
Know how to turn a conversation into a conversion
Extra Edge: Understanding of Forex Trading & Prop Firms
