Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions for an international BPO process with professionalism and empathy.
- Understand customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve queries within process guidelines.
- Maintain quality, productivity, attendance, and compliance standards during assigned night shifts.
- Document interactions accurately and coordinate with internal teams whenever escalation is required.
- Participate in training, coaching, and performance-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Strong spoken English, active listening, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts and attend a face-to-face interview in Navi Mumbai.
- Ability to work reliably in a target-driven customer service environment.
- Dinner is provided during the shift. Cab transportation is not available.
