Role Description The Executive Housekeeper oversees all housekeeping operations to ensure clean, protected, and well-maintained guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves leading, training, and scheduling housekeeping team members, while monitoring performance and adherence to brand standards. The Executive Housekeeper manages inventory and ordering of linens, guest supplies, and cleaning materials, and collaborates with Maintenance and Front Office to coordinate room readiness and special requests. The role includes developing and enforcing hygiene, safety,



and quality procedures, conducting regular inspections, and addressing guest feedback promptly and professionally. The Executive Housekeeper also supports budgeting, cost control, and sustainability initiatives within the housekeeping department.

Strong housekeeping operations skills, including room inspections, cleaning standards, and linen and inventory management.

Demonstrated leadership abilities in supervising teams, organizing schedules, training staff, and managing performance.

Experience with hotel brand standards, quality assurance processes, and health, safety, and hygiene compliance.

Ability to use property management systems and basic computer applications for reporting, planning, and documentation.

Background in hospitality or hotel management; a diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in a supervisory or Executive Housekeeper role, ideally within an international or branded hotel environment.
