Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in Noida. The Inside Sales Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective learners, and explain Career Switch programs, offerings,



and career outcomes. The specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams, and support campaigns to increase conversions. Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing enrollments.
Relevant experience in education, training, or EdTech sales is beneficial, along with familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred, with a solid interest in data and technology-driven careers.
