Responsibilities:

- Support social media marketing, brand promotions, and campaign execution across relevant channels.
- Develop content ideas and assist with reels, posts, product stories, and promotional materials.
- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through online and offline outreach.
- Connect with prospective customers, boutiques, influencers, collaborators, and business partners.
- Help drive sales, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain clear communication with prospects.
- Explore exhibitions, partnerships, collaborations, and other opportunities to increase brand visibility.





Requirements:

- Strong communication and convincing skills with an interest in marketing, sales, and social media.
- A creative, proactive, and result-oriented approach to assigned responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work closely with the founding team.
- Freshers and candidates beginning their careers in marketing or sales are welcome to apply.

This is a full time, in-office opportunity based in Delhi, offering a fixed compensation of ₹20,000 per month along with performance-based incentives over and above the fixed amount. The role provides practical exposure to marketing, sales, customer acquisition, and sustainable brand building, with the possibility of a longer-term association based on performance.
