Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in Retail Operations, preferably in the Apparel industry.
- Proven experience in business expansion and retail network development.
- Robust expertise in retail sales and revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience in Franchisee and EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlet) operations.
- Experience in store expansion, franchise management, and retail business development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
