Job Description: Solution Architect Location: Pune

Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution architecture, HLD, and LLD reviews.

Design on-premises infrastructure, DC/DR, High Availability (HA), and failover solutions.

Define system integrations, API architecture, and infrastructure requirements.

Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and regulatory compliance.

Drive VAPT, security audits, and technical reviews.

Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, DPDP Act 2023, and IT Act 2000.

Collaborate with AI teams on secure, self-hosted AI/LLM solutions.

Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 12+ years of software engineering experience,



including at least 4 years as a Solution / Enterprise Architect.
- Experience designing on-premises enterprise platforms, preferably in BFSI or government sectors.
- Robust knowledge of DC/DR, HA, infrastructure sizing, and disaster recovery.
- Expertise in microservices, three-tier architecture, APIs, API gateways, and message queues.
- Hands-on familiarity with Python/Django, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL replication, backup, and failover.
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML/OIDC, SIEM, and PIM/PAM.
- Strong understanding of application security, VAPT, and compliance audits.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
