Position Name:Consultant - SAP Functional - AGM/DGMPosition Details:Division: Information Technology and DigitalizationLocation: Seawoods, Navi MumbaiReports to: Leader - SAP Functional FICOPurpose:SAP Solution Functional Consultants participate and work on delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering.Key Result Areas:- Identifies, assesses and solves day to day operational issues in their domain within the SAP framework.- Works on complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.- Closely follows the strategic direction set by functional Leader when establishing near term goals.- Interacts with users on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.- Acts along with the functional leader to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.- Works with large - medium sized teams.Specific Task Expectations:- Spearheads automation requirements in SAP and other technologies across Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), General Ledger (GL), Human Resources (HR), Commercial functions.- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Modules (FICO Controlling - Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Month End Close,



Overhead assessment and settlement).- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.- Must have strong experience in developing interfacing applications like Bank reconciliation, Filenet DMS, Pilog MDM Governance tool, Vendor Portal (globalpayex), OneSource GST etc.- Design and testing of SAP modules.- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.- Document functional designs, test cases and results.- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.- Provide consulting services on both current implementations and existing support projects.- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.- Work along with the functional Leader for Project Charter, project plan / project schedule/ RACI matrix.- Review fitment analysis to standard processes, verify process design and related custom developments; identify risks and mitigation plan.Educational Background and Work Experience :- CA- Minimum 8 - 10 year experience in a corporate delivering domain specific solutions.- Expertise in the relevant domain in SAP mandatory.
