Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based at FERRO SAPIENS FITNESS CLUB in Kochi. The Sales Executive will handle daily member inquiries, conduct tours of the facility, and explain membership plans and services. Responsibilities include converting leads into memberships,



following up with prospects, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role also involves building strong relationships with members, coordinating with the operations and training teams, participating in local marketing initiatives, and representing the club professionally in all interactions.

Sales and customer service skills, including lead conversion, relationship building, and handling objections.

prior experience in gym, retail, or service-based sales is an advantage
