This role involves developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving efficiencies within the organization.



This role is ideal for a strategic and innovative leader who is passionate about talent acquisition and driving organizational success through effective candidate generation.
Cultivate strong relationships with client teams and serve as the expert in all areas of sourcing talent, focusing on performance and return on investment.
Proactively build qualified talent pipelines to meet growing business demands through creative methods.
Responsible for implementing new processes and practices to support strategic sourcing and drive efficiencies within the organization.
The Delivery Lead – Candidate Generation will lead a team of (Specialized) Talent Sourcers and Senior Talent Consultants, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional growth.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related business discipline or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

Experience:

- 2 years’ experience in a managerial role within a sourcing or recruiting environment.
- Strong recruiting and sourcing experience.
- Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate team performance and develop strategic plans.

Experience using complex Boolean strings, Chrome extensions, and social mining sourcing techniques.
Strong ATS/CRM/Technical skills with the ability to utilize technology to increase productivity and achieve results.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
