Demand Generation Executive / Manager Performance marketing + AI-led growth

You will fill our sales pipeline with qualified B2B leads. campaigns and outreach, working closely with our sales team.

Paid ads: plan, run and optimise campaigns on LinkedIn, Google (Search, Display,
YouTube) or Meta, targeting the right buyers by role, company size, industry and region.
● competitor research, ICP and persona building, and mapping decision-makers at target
accounts.
● retail or app modernisation for healthcare, including account-based plays for high-value
Creative and A/B testing: create and test ad variants, audiences and landing pages,
Tracking and reporting: set up conversion pixels and lead flow into the CRM. cost per lead, CTR, conversion rate, MQL-to-SQL ratio and pipeline, then move budget
Sales partnership: work with the sales team to improve lead quality, nurture emails and
LinkedIn Ads:



B2B campaigns using lead gen forms, retargeting or account-based
Google Ads: search campaigns on high-intent keywords, with conversion tracking set
Meta Ads: lead campaigns, retargeting and creative testing on Facebook and
Outbound or ABM: account lists, email sequences and personalised outreach that
AI-led marketing: you can show how you used Claude or ChatGPT to research a
market, build a strategy or produce campaign assets, not just write a caption.
● CRM and automation: HubSpot or a similar tool for lead scoring, nurture and reporting.

Freshers with solid personal projects, certifications or internship results are welcome too.
Whatever your strength, we expect you to be comfortable with data in Excel or Google Sheets
Nice to have: experience marketing IT services, SaaS or software development; such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Labs or HubSpot; simple AI workflows with tools like Clay, Zapier or n8n.
