Strong experience in managing enterprise Storage systems

Monitor performance and system health via Storage management consoles and CLI tools.

Configure replication, snapshots, thin clones, and data reduction technologies.

Good understanding of RTO/RPO, disaster recovery, and data lifecycle management.

Troubleshoot storage issues related to performance, replication, and access control.

Provide SAN zoning, iSCSI/FC connectivity, and LUN masking for Linux/Windows/VMware hosts.

Collaborate with virtualization, backup, and database teams to align storage with workload requirements.

Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, runbooks, and topology diagrams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations

Creates and manages capacity and trending reports of system operations.

Good understanding on ITIL practices

Experience on industry leading IT Asset Management tools such as Service Now or Similar ticketing tools

Works with key technical and business stakeholders to determine data and storage requirements and creates solutions to meet requirements.
