Role Description The Salesperson role at NIVLAK Technologies is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. The person in this role will identify and qualify leads, engage prospective clients, and present NIVLAK's portfolio of digital solutions, including websites, SaaS products, custom software, AI automation, and mobile applications. The Salesperson will collaborate with technical and design teams to align solutions with client needs and maintain accurate records of activities in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role also involves building long-term relationships, meeting defined sales targets,



and representing NIVLAK at local events or client sites as needed.

Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and consultative selling within technology or digital services.

Experience in presenting and explaining software, SaaS, web development, and AI-driven solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to conduct needs analysis, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms to close B2B deals.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic productivity software to track pipelines, activities, and customer information.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience selling IT services, software products, or digital solutions is highly beneficial.

Willingness to learn about NIVLAK's offerings and stay updated on industry trends in software, AI, and digital experiences.
