Job Overview

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher to join our Finance team as a Finance Analyst / Record-to-Report (R2R) Analyst. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of financial accounting principles, general ledger accounting, and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day Record-to-Report (R2R) activities and financial accounting operations.

- Assist in general ledger accounting and maintenance of financial records.

- Perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

- Support preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions and accounting records.





- Assist in balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

- Follow accounting standards, internal controls, and financial reporting guidelines.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting-related queries.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting.

- Understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R / RTR) processes.

- Knowledge of General Ledger (GL) Accounting.

- Understanding of journal entries and account reconciliations.

- Basic knowledge of month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Freshly qualified CAs are encouraged to apply.

Experience

- 0–1 year of experience.

- Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals are preferred.
