Uphold XClub's code: no pitching or selling inside community gatherings or sessions

2 to 5 years in fundraising, venture, investment banking, or founder-facing startup ops

Hands-on experience with seed to Series A processes (or equivalent)

Strong writing and judgment on what a solid raise looks like
