Job Overview

We are hiring experienced R2R / General Ledger Analysts with 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and Record-to-Report operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in month-end closing, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

-

Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.

-

Prepare, review and post journal entries.

-

Perform balance sheet account reconciliations.

-

Handle accruals and provisions.

-

Support financial reporting and general ledger activities.

-

Ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounting items.

-

Maintain compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements.

-

Support intercompany accounting and fixed asset accounting.

-

Meet monthly closing deadlines and process SLAs.

-

Identify process improvement opportunities.

Mandatory Skills

-

3–5 years of experience in R2R / General Ledger / Financial Accounting.

-

Hands-on experience in month-end closing and journal entries.

-

Strong knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations.

-

Understanding of accruals,



provisions and financial reporting.

-

Good understanding of accounting principles.

-

Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

Preferred Skills

-

SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

SOX controls and audit exposure.

-

Shared Services / MNC experience.

-

Intercompany accounting and fixed assets.

-

ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent accounting qualification (completed or pursuing).
