Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering and Production Planning skills to manage daily operations and optimize manufacturing processes.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret production data, identify issues, and support data-driven improvements.
Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to ensure products meet established standards and regulatory requirements.
Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information effectively.
Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Production, Industrial) from an accredited institution.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a role involving process optimization and quality assurance.
Knowledge of safety standards, lean manufacturing practices, and basic ERP or production management software is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to operational priorities.
