About the Company

zapplr media is seeking a Client Servicing Manager to strengthen client partnerships and lead influencer marketing operations from its Ernakulam office. The role offers an opportunity to work on regional and national brand campaigns while shaping reliable, high-quality creator marketing delivery.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, understand briefs, manage expectations, coordinate meetings, and drive approvals.
- Oversee influencer campaigns end to end, including execution planning, influencer discovery, shortlisting, negotiations, onboarding, content submissions, publishing, and reporting.
- Lead Influencer Marketing Executives by delegating work, tracking productivity and timelines, mentoring team members, and ensuring accountability.
- Manage campaign budgets, monitor influencer expenses and profitability, maintain trackers and documentation, and coordinate with finance and operations teams.
- Identify account-growth opportunities, resolve execution challenges,



and ensure campaigns meet client objectives, quality standards, and delivery commitments.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, client servicing, account management, or digital marketing, preferably within an agency.
- Strong understanding of influencer campaigns, creator ecosystems, client communication, negotiation, and campaign reporting.
- Experience managing multiple clients and campaigns, leading execution teams, and handling campaign budgets.
- Excellent communication, organisation, multitasking, problem-solving, and team-management abilities, with robust written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and campaign documentation.
- Familiarity with South Indian influencer markets, especially Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada, is preferred.
- Willingness to work from the zapplr media office in Ernakulam.
