Executive – CRM & Retention who will help build and engage with key
customers by building and preserving trusting relationships with our growing customer base. The role involves supporting the execution of CRM and marketing automation campaigns, working across data, content, and channels to drive relevance, delight, and repeat purchase.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation, a consumer-firstmindset, and the ability to translate customer insights into effective campaigns and communication.
Support the execution of CRM strategies and marketing automation campaigns to drive

Assist in configuring and optimizing marketing automation workflows and loyalty program

Analyse customer behaviour, purchase patterns, and campaign performance data to identify

Support the development of dashboards and reports that help cross-functional teams

uncover actionable insights from various data sources.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of website changes,

Stay updated on CRM and customer loyalty best practices, testing recent creatives, channels,

2–4 years of experience working in / with D2C businesses, with exposure to CRM, marketing

Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools and best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms (e.g., Exposure to building or supporting omnichannel loyalty programmes.
Experience working in a D2C, retail, or e-commerce environment.
Basic understanding of SQL or data querying for pulling customer insights.
You will work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to help build lasting
