Job Title: Portuguese Language Expert – SAP Ariba / Invoice Processing

Job Description :

We are looking for Portuguese Language Experts with experience in SAP Ariba and invoice processing to support Portuguese-speaking business stakeholders.

The role involves processing invoices received in Portuguese and English, coordinating approvals, resolving invoice-related queries, and providing language support to business teams.

Required Skills :

1. Intermediate-level Portuguese proficiency or Graduation in Portuguese.

2. Mandatory hands-on exposure to SAP Ariba.

3. Portuguese-to-English translation and interpretation.

4. MS Office proficiency.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Process invoices received in Portuguese and English.

- Post invoices in SAP Ariba for approval.





- Coordinate with business stakeholders to obtain necessary invoice approvals.

- Investigate and resolve invoice-related issues involving Portuguese-language documentation.

- Respond to business emails and tickets related to invoice processing.

- Provide translation and interpretation support to Portuguese-speaking clients.

- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks

Qualifications :

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).

- Graduation is compulsory.

- Intermediate-level Portuguese proficiency or a degree in Portuguese.

- 2–8 years of relevant experience.

- SAP Ariba exposure is mandatory.

Key Points :
