Roles & Responsibilities

- Contact leads provided by the company through calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain our AI Engineering programs, course benefits, fees, and scholarship opportunities.
- Understand candidates' requirements and guide them toward suitable programs.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into paid enrollments.
- Address candidate queries regarding course structure, pricing, and enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned enrollment and sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates over phone calls.
- Ability to handle objections and follow up professionally.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
