Role Description The Business Development Executive role at Why Shy is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. The Business Development Executive will engage prospective clients, present agency services, and nurture relationships from initial contact through closure.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, reaching out to potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with internal teams to align proposals with client needs. Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with experience in building and managing a sales pipeline.

Candidates should possess solid Account Management and client relationship skills to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.

Candidates should possess a good understanding of Business fundamentals, sales processes, and digital marketing or brand-building concepts.

Relevant experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles in marketing, advertising, or related industries is beneficial.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
