As a field sales executive at Digal Solutions, you'll build relationships in the field, communicate clearly with prospective customers, and keep sales activities organized from first contact through follow-up.
Start conversations, understand customer needs, and explain information clearly in spoken English or Hindi, as appropriate.
Follow up on conversations and inquiries through timely visits, calls, or messages to maintain engagement.
Record visits, customer feedback, and follow-up actions accurately, keeping sales information up to date.
Coordinate with colleagues to share field insights, customer requests, and progress on ongoing opportunities.
Plan daily field visits and manage time effectively to meet assigned outreach priorities.

have minimum 1 years of experience
Prior experience selling manpower, security, or facility management services to industries or PSUs.
Existing network of contacts in industrial belts such as Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Angul, Rourkela, and Bhubaneswar.
Experience handling government tenders and the GeM portal.
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, CLRA, minimum wages).
Ability to prepare manpower costing sheets and commercial quotations.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Fluency in Odia, Hindi, and English.




MBA or PG diploma in marketing or sales.
Own two-wheeler with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
Comfort with digital tools such as Excel, CRM, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
Experience in client retention and after-sales relationship management.
Basic understanding of tech-enabled services (such as guard tracking apps) to pitch the firm's digital edge.
