Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for generating potential home loan leads through outbound calling. They will understand customers' home loan requirements, explain the process and basic eligibility requirements to interested customers, collect relevant customer details, and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi or Marathi. Basic English proficiency is preferred.
- Robust convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to handle outbound calls professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, banking, finance, or loan sales will be an added advantage.
