A Fortune 200 company is expanding its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Marketing Graphic Designer for its growing brand and campaign design pod. The pod supports regional marketing teams across multiple business units with everything from executive decks to paid campaign creative. As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will turn briefs from regional marketing managers into polished, on-brand assets across print, digital, and presentation formats, working within a matrixed global brand system.

Brand and Campaign Design

Design campaign creative for paid social, display, and email across regional markets

Build executive presentations, sales decks, and internal-comms collateral for business unit leaders

Adapt global brand templates for regional language and market nuances





Maintain brand consistency across a shared design library used by multiple regional teams

3 to 6 years in brand or marketing design, ideally within a large matrixed organisation

- Solid command of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with working knowledge of PowerPoint design
- Comfort adapting a defined brand system rather than building one from scratch
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Experience supporting marketing teams across more than one country or region

Familiarity with design request or workflow-management tools such as Asana or Wrike

A design seat inside a Fortune 200 marketing organisation with real regional reach
