What You'll Do

Handle inbound and warm leads from our digital marketing campaigns (no cold calling)
Understand each customer's needs and recommend the right product
Explain product benefits, usage and value clearly and convincingly




Use consultative selling to build trust and long-term customer relationships
Follow up with interested customers and convert them into sales
Keep customer interactions and sales updates recorded in the CRM/tracker
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Who You Are

Strong communication and persuasion skills in Bengali, Hindi and English (preferred)
Passionate about sales and talking to customers
Experience in telesales, inside sales, D2C, e-commerce or retail product sales (preferred)
Able to read customer psychology and buying behaviour
Target-driven, positive and self-motivated
Basic CRM or sales-process knowledge is a plus
Freshers with great communication skills and the drive to learn are welcome to apply
